As a licensed and board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of California, I offer comprehensive clinical evaluation for ADHD in adults. This includes an evidence-based, structured interview, collection of collateral symptom reporting from the client of historical presentation as well as report from support persons in the clients life. The assessment also involves neurocognitive testing and report interpretation with the client. This evaluation will provide a conclusive determination if ADHD diagnosis is appropriate and that can then be used by the client to guide ongoing treatment, even if a diagnosis is not clinically present.
